‘Pagaya Help Center’ Honored at Israel Atlassian Event
Pagaya received a third place honor in the JSM (Jira Service Management) category at the Israel Atlassian Event in November for its Pagaya Help Center project.
The Pagaya Help Center, an instrumental internal tool used by Pagayans all around the globe, created a solution to provide IT, finance, marketing, HR and other services to employees. It defined workflows, approvals and automation, speeding up ongoing work and boosting team coordination. Within just three months, the IT department, with the support of engineering, designed a ticket management solution that presented process and service level agreement (SLA) optimization, for which Pagaya received this award.
