Gal brings extensive experience to the investments and wealth management industry, with a specialization in innovative and sophisticated credit structured products. Prior to Pagaya, Gal focused on structuring and distributing sophisticated credit and asset-backed securities (ABS) products with UBS AG, as well as other positions specializing in investment, entrepreneurism, and financial markets.

Avital was instrumental in designing Pagaya’s AI-based credit model and system. Prior to joining Pagaya, he was one of the first employees at Fundbox and focused on the Algorithms.

Yahav oversees Pagaya’s growth and global commercial activities. He is a former real estate entrepreneur.

Sanjiv has over 30 years of experience in financial services and joined Pagaya as President in 2023. In this role, he oversees the strategy and growth of the Company’s commercial business – including its single-family rental business and Darwin subsidiary. Prior to joining Pagaya, Sanjiv served as CEO of Caliber Home Loans, a NewRez-owned residential mortgage lending company. There, he delivered record year-over-year growth in the non-banking sector. Sanjiv has also held positions as CEO, President and Chairman of the Board for Citi's Mortgage Division, and as Head of all International Businesses at First Data, a KKR-owned company. He has also held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, American Express and Bank of America.

Ben oversees a global team focused on retaining, managing and expanding Pagaya's existing business and new product lines. He joined Pagaya in 2017 and was the first employee in the US. Ben previously worked for Capital One and Oppenheimer.

Abhijit has over 20 years of experience leading product strategy for high-growth fintech and consumer finance companies and joined Pagaya as its Chief Product Officer in 2023. Prior to joining Pagaya, Abhi served as Chief Product Officer for the enterprise-driven B2B2C product company, Green Dot Corporation. There, he developed and ran the company’s product suite focused on driving scale and delivering value to both businesses and consumers. His expertise is helping Pagaya scale its product offering and deliver on the mission of creating more financial opportunities for more people, more often.

Leslie oversees business development, partnerships, marketing, and leads growth for not just the company, but for all of its partners. Leslie has over 25 years of experience in senior executive leadership roles at Bank of America, Citi, and JP Morgan Chase, where she was most recently Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Firm. Leslie led Chase's co-brand credit card business, which partnered with some of the most high profile brands to become the largest co-brand cards portfolio in the world.

Yariv is responsible to all the engineering and the technological operational activities of Pagaya and with its partners. Yariv has over 25 years of experience leading technological organization, customers relationships and transforming businesses. With a track record of senior executive positions, the most recent of them as the Head of Global Delivery of Amdocs, along with a substantial achievements within the IDF, as a Colonel, leading the entire Air Force system engineering, Yariv brings professional and seasoned executional approach to the technology side of Pagaya. With his strong engineering capabilities and the global business experience, Yariv continuously generate significant and sustainable positive impact on all dimensions.

Edward oversees Pagaya’s team of professionals responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments on behalf of Pagaya’s accounts and funds, and is responsible for expanding the Company's US business. Previously, Ed was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Fundamental Opportunistic Investment team within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income Group. Ed was also a member of the Investment Committee for the Special Credit Opportunities' platform and co-chaired the Special Credit Opportunities Operational Oversight Committee.

Amol helps oversee the day-to-day business of the company and ensures that our commercial, investments, capital and technology areas have the necessary connectivity, governance and controls. He also provides oversight for Operations, Risk and Compliance. Amol joined the company in 2021 with over 20 years of experience at Goldman Sachs, including several years as a Partner and operating within roles spanning 3 different continents. Amol has a long track record of driving strategic change and leading build-out of business activities, including nurturing talent and developing leaders.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Evangelos holds responsibility for all financial functions at Pagaya, including Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Pagaya, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase, where he served in leadership positions in finance and investment banking, and most recently was a Managing Director and Head of Business Planning & Analysis at Apollo Global Management.

Tami oversees a global team focused on attracting, engaging and developing Pagaya’s most important asset – its people. Tami has transformed the employee engagement model, with a focus on inclusion, leadership development and long-term growth from startups to Fortune 100 companies alike. She was an early advocate and changemaker, embracing the inclusion and growth of female, LGBT, and diverse populations, by launching Wall Street’s first Ally program. Tami is a leader with 25 years of experience at Atlassian, Luminar Technologies, Apple, and Goldman Sachs.

Eric Watson joined Pagaya as Chief Legal Officer in 2023. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company's legal department and activities. Prior to joining Pagaya, Eric served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Doma from July 2019 to April 2023. At Doma, Eric was responsible for the legal, compliance, risk, claims, internal audit and government relations functions. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Mosaic, a specialty finance company, from July 2016 until July 2019. At Mosaic, Eric helped launch their securitization program and was instrumental in developing new consumer products. Eric also held senior roles at Mosaic, SoFi and Navient Corporation. He began his legal career at Skadden and then Sallie Mae. Eric received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
