Yariv Hasar appointed to General Manager, Israel and Keren Danziger named Head of Client Advisory, IL

Tel Aviv, Israel – January 4, 2022 – Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PGY) announced two executive appointments to its Israel leadership team. Yariv Hasar has been appointed to General Manager, Israel and Keren Danziger will join the company as the Head of Client Advisory, IL. These two appointments are another significant step towards Pagaya’s continued growth and scale.

Yariv Hasar joined Pagaya six months ago, and as General Manager of Pagaya Israel, will manage the Israeli site and the Technology group. Yariv holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science from the Technion and Tel Aviv University, and an additional degree in business administration from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. Hasar is a lieutenant colonel in the IDF Reserves, and brings extensive managerial and technological experience, including the management of the Israeli Air Force’s Technology and Development department. In his most recent role Hasar served as the director of Amdocs’ R&D division, where he managed over 6,000 employees and multimillion dollar budgets.

Keren Danziger holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration and an Executive MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in financial engineering and finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Over the past five years, Keren served as CEO and deputy CEO of Harel Finance, before which she served as VP of Marketing and Clients. Prior to this role she served as VP of Advisors and Strategic Clients, and VP of Institutional Clients at Psagot Investment House. Danziger was selected as one of the 40 most promising young people by The Marker magazine. Keren will lead Pagaya’s investments and asset management operations in Israel.
